1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Visaro AI (https://visaroai.com). We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process. All payments are processed securely through Toss Payments.
2. Subscription Refunds
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription purchase, regardless of usage.
- After 7 Days: Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unused days in the billing period. The daily rate is determined by dividing the monthly subscription fee by 30 days.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month. If you do not wish to be charged, please cancel before the renewal date.
3. Credit Pack Refunds
- Unused Credits: If no credits from a purchased pack have been used, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Partially Used Credits: Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits have been consumed.
- Credit Validity: Credits purchased through credit packs do not expire.

5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

- Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Free credits provided as promotional offers or upon account creation are not refundable.
- Credit packs where credits have already been used.
7. Service Description & Duration
Visaro AI is a digital service (intangible product) providing AI-powered visa document guidance:
- Subscriptions: Monthly billing cycle (maximum service period: 1 month per billing cycle). Service is provided immediately upon payment.
- Credit Packs: One-time purchase with immediate delivery. Credits are available for use immediately after purchase and do not expire.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
- If a payment error occurs due to a system malfunction on our part, a full refund will be issued.
- If the service is discontinued by us, remaining subscription days or unused credits will be refunded proportionally.
