Overview
Ministry of Justice Public Notice No. 2026-137: Call for Applications for Compatriot Residence and Support Center. The Ministry of Justice is seeking to designate and operate domestic organizations that support the stable settlement of overseas Koreans in local communities. This includes guaranteeing the legal status of foreign national compatriots residing in Korea regarding immigration, stay, permanent residence (F-5), and naturalization, as well as providing education on understanding Korean language and society, and offering employment and legal counseling. Interested organizations are encouraged to participate in this public offering.
