The Service is designed to assist foreigners in Korea with understanding visa requirements and preparing documentation.

Content generated by our AI system may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may not reflect current immigration laws
• Auto-filled documents are drafts requiring your review
• You are responsible for verifying all information
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Review all generated documents before submission
• Verify information with official sources
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not misrepresent the Service output as official documents

6. Subscription and Billing Terms

Visaro AI offers paid subscriptions and one-time credit purchases:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the current billing period ends
• Subscription credits refresh monthly with unused credits rolling over for 30 days
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

6.2 Credit Packs

• Credit pack purchases are one-time transactions with no recurring charges
• Credits from packs never expire and can be used anytime
• Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used
• One credit is consumed per AI message; complex tasks may use additional credits

6.3 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Prices are displayed in Korean Won (₩)
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days advance notice

7. Data Handling

Personal information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Chat history and form data are saved permanently for your reference
• Your Full Assist progress is saved so you can resume from any device
• Previously entered data may be suggested to pre-fill common fields in new forms
• Sensitive data (passport, address, etc.) is automatically masked after 24 hours
• You'll still see partial data like "John ***" or "M12***" for reference
• Cached PDFs are deleted after 2 hours; streamed PDFs are not stored on our servers
• Uploaded documents are deleted when your session ends
• We do not sell your personal information

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISARO AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Visa application rejections or delays
• Errors in AI-generated content or documents
• Immigration penalties or legal consequences
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or service interruptions

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visaro AI and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Use our trademarks without permission

Documents you generate using your own information remain your property.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.
